Shiretoko national park, which is one of the most major tourist spot, has been some problems by visitors. In particular traffic jam is a serious issue. This congestion would decrease the level of satisfaction in the park and become less attractive spot. To ease this congestion, it would be effective to diverge traffic flow into several destinations in this area by information service about congestion. The information service in the park is also good situation to reveal decision-making behavior.
The purpose of my study is to propose the idea of management in the park using traffic simulation and to substantiate decision-making by social survey about information service.
