Life form: turfed, weedy annaul grass
Distribution: Originally in tropical Asia and Africa
Habitat: disturbed areas, such as roadsides, ditches, and furrows of paddy fields

f. kanashiroi Ohwi (ウスゲケイヌビエ)

var. crus-galli (イヌビエ, s.s.)
