Ezoyamahagi (エゾヤマハギ, 蝦夷山萩)

Lifeform: deciduous shrub
Distribution: China - Korea - Ussuri - Japan
Habitat: grasslands - shrubs with dry soils

This species was formerly separated into two varieties. Now, these two varieteis are merged into one species, because of continuous variations.

- var. japonica Nakai (ヤマハギ)
- var. bicolor (エゾヤマハギ)

Variety

- var. higoensis (T. Simizu) Murata (クロバナキハギ)
- var. nana Nakai (チャボヤマハギ)
