Lifeform: perennial forb
Distribution: Japan (Hokkaido, north to central Honshu), northeast Russia, Korea, the Aleutian Islands, Alaska
Habitat: grasslands and wetlands (this species is categorized into '(sub-)alpine plant' in Honshu, while we see this even in the lowland of Hokkaido)
