Lifeform: semi-deciduous or evergreen tree up to 40 m tall

fast-growing and drought-tolerant
The tree of Tule (Árbol del Tule, Spanish): 14 m in diameter at DBH, > 1200 yr in age

Distribution: southeastern America and Mexico
Habitat: riparian
Use: gardening and park tree, wood for furniture
