Ezosuzushiro (エゾスズシロ, 蝦夷清白), wormseed wallflower
Life form: annual/biennila forb
Distribution: widespead in the Northern Hemisphere (extotic to Japan *)

*: probably native to northern and western Hokkaido (Umezawa 2007)

Habitat: wet to moist; disturbed sites

Varieties (Hultén 1968)

ssp. cheiranthoides: annual, lacking thick root; stem simple or branched in middle part, with about 5 basal internodes and 5-10 nodes (introduced weed to AK from Europe)

ssp. altum Ahti: biennial, with thick root; stem not branchedd in middle part, with 8-20 basal internodes and 20-40 nodes (native to AK)
