Lifeform: annual or biennial forb
Distribution: native to Europe (exotic to Japan → introduced for erosion control)
Habitat: various grasslands, roadsides, etc.

→ Nature on lakes, volcanoes, sea and forests (海と湖と火山と森林の自然)

Flower: characterized by many white spots
Stem: short hair
Use: ornamental
