Lifeform: evergreen shrub or short tree
Distribution: endemic to southwestern Western Australia
Habitat: sandplains, hillslopes, gullies, rock outcrops and road verges
var. drummondii (Fielding et Gardner) Hnatiuk, with yellow flowers
var. inermis, with orange-red flowers
