Hai-otogiri (ハイオトギリ, 這弟切), Kamchatka St. John's wort* (tentative)
Lifeform: stoloniferous, perennial forb
Distribution: Japan (north to Chubu District) - Kuril - Kamchatka
Habitat: open sites in subalpine and alpine zones
Leaf: many black glands
Synonyms:

Hypericum kamtschaticum Ledeb. var. paramushirense (Kudo) Y. Kimura

The following varieties are moved into: Hypericum senanense Maxim. (all of them are not in Hokkaido)

var. honodesne Y. Kimura (イワオトギリ) → H. s. ssp. mutiloides (R. Keller) N.Robson
var. senanense (Maxim.) Y. Kimura (シナノオトギリ) / var. decorum Y. Kimura (ウツクシオトギリ) → H. s. ssp. senanense
