Lifeform: noxious weedy biennial forb, producing rosette
Distribution: Native to Eurasia and North Africa (exotic to Japan)

invasive to the North America (USA and Canada)

Habitat: often in open fields such as pastures and meadows, and sometimes in open woods (also on man-made or disturbed habitats in the invasive regions)
