Life form: annual forb < 80 cm high
Origin: exotic from Europe and East Asia

Hokkaido Blue List: B

Habitat: widespread weed on ruderal habitats, e.g., roadsdies, dunes, and arable lands

Field training on integrated environmental research (統合環境調査法実習) (fauna and flora 種リスト)

Use: medicine for toothache, etc.
Synonyms:

Chenopodium ficifolium Smith, commonly used in China and soetimes used in Japan (e.g., Hokkaido Blue List)
