Phlomoides Moench (オオキセワタ)
Tamakisewata (タマキセワタ, 玉着綿), sage-leaf mullein or tuberous Jerusalem sage
Lifeform: tuberous, perennial forb, 0.4-1.5 m in height
Distribution: Europe - Kazakhstan - Kyrgyzstan - Mongolia - China - Russia; SW Asia
Habitat: anthropogenic (roadsides, railway yards, waste ground and parks)
Use: traditional medicine
Synonyms:

Phlomis tuberosa L., often used

Cultivars: a few, e.g., Amazone
