Nagaba-omodaka (ナガバオモダカ, 長葉沢瀉/澤瀉/面高), grassy arrowhead or grass-leaved arrowhead
Lifeform: aquatic perennial forb
Distribution: north Africa (exotic to Japan, firstly reported from Midorogaike Pond in 1970)
Habitat: ponds, marshes etc. → wetland (湿原)
Shoot: dioecism → only mail shoot in Japan
Use: ornamental (called giant sagittaria)
Synonyms:

Sagittaria graminea, auct. non Michx., often used (→ Sagittaria graminea ssp. weatherbiana (Fernald) R. R. Haynes et Hellq. = S. weatherbiana Fernald)
