Lifeform: perennial forb, with 40-60 cm tall
Distribution: native to Maxico

fomerly considered as extinct in the wild
confirmed wild populations in Mexico - conservation efforts are underway

Habitat: mixed pine and oak forest
Flavor: light vanillin fragrance, like chocolates
Use: gardening - cultivars
