Hieracium L. (ミヤマコウゾリナ)
Chishimatanpopo (チシマタンポポ, 千島蒲公英), alpine hawkweed

Chishima = Kuril (but the name, not related to Kuril at all)

Lifeform: perennial forb, developing rossette with 10-25 cm tall
Distribution: originally in European Alps (with 2000-3000 m elevation)
Habitat: originally in alpine and subalpine meadows,arctic tundra, open grasslands and slopes
Leaf: ccovered with piloso-hirsute hairs Seed dispersal: wind
Synonyms:

Hieracium alpinum var. foliosum Gaudin (homotypic)
Hieracium bellidifolium Froel. (heterotypic)
Hieracium halleri var. longistylum Bamb. (heterotypic)
