Lifeform: stolonigerous perennial grass
Distribution: Europe - northeastern Asia, including northern Japan
Habitat: various habitats, such as roadsides, grasslands, forest edges and wetlands between coast side and subalpine
Chromosome number: 2n = 28, 48, 56 or 59
