Shoujoutoranoo (ショウジョウトラノオ, 猩々虎ノ尾), chaconia, wild poinsettia or pride of Trinidad and Tobago
Lifeform: evergreen, short tree
Distribution: tropical America
Habitat: rainforests, in areas not subject to seasonal inundation and open areas
Use: timber, gardening, etc.
Cultivars:

double chaconia (forming double row of bracts), etc.
