Murasakinazuna (ムラサキナズナ, 紫薺), lilacbush, purple rock cress or rainbow rock cress
Lifeform: (evergreen) perennial forb
Distribution: native to southeastern Europe (exotic to Japan)
Habitat: amongst rocks, mainly in hilly areas, in the native regions

→ imported to Japan in the late Meiji Era

Use: gardening → many cultivars
