Marubanekonomesou (マルバネコノメソウ, 丸葉猫ノ目), many-branch golden saxifrage
Lifeform: stoloniferous, perennial forb
Distribution: northeastern China - Korea - Far East - Japan (north to Kinki District) - Amur
Habitat: wet sites in floor of forests and forest edges (along valleys)
Leaf: opposite
Hair: developed on the whole body
Stamen = 8
Chromosome number: 2n = 12 or 24
Synonyms (when discarded):

f. macrophyllum H. Hara (オオマルバネコノメ), leaves on stolons = 2-2.5 cm
f. microphyllum (Tatew. et Sutô) H. Hara (コマルバネコノメ), leaves, small = 2-3 mm
