Tsuruninjin (ツルニンジン, 蔓人参), bonnet bellflower
Ji-i-sobu (ジイソブ, 爺蕎), meaning granddad freckles. This name is more popular in Hokkaido.
Lifeform: perennial vine
Distribution: eastern Asia, including Japan
Habitat: forest floor
Use: wild vegetable in Korea and Japan (Nagano region)
