Angelonia Humb. et Bonpl. (アンゲロンソウ)
Angeronsou (アンゲロンソウ, アンゲロン草), summer snapdragon, narrowleaf angelon and angelonia
Lifeform: perennial forb (shrub-like), with 80-100 cm in height
Distribution: central to south America
Habitat: escaped to disturbed habitats, such as roadsides and wastelands
Chromosome number: 2n = 20
Use: ornamental
Synonyms:

Angelonia salicariifolia Bonpl.

Cultivars: many, most of them are treated as Angelonia hybrida
