Hitotsuba (ヒトツバ), tongue fern
Lifeform: epiphytic, evergreen fern
Distribution: east Asia including south to the Kanto District of Japan
Habitat: forests, tolerant to dryness
Use: gardening, as an ornamental foliage plant
Synonyms:

Nephrolepis auriculata (L.) Trimen, nom. utiq. rejic.

Use: gardening → cultivars, medicine (leaf)
cv. contorta, or f. contorta Sugimoto (エボシヒトツバ)
