Shiberiahinageshi (シベリアヒナゲシ, 西比利亜雛芥子), Iceland poppy
Lifeform: biennial or short-lived perennial forb, treated as annual for gardening
Distribution: Siberia - Far East (at a narrow sense)
Habitat: stony slopes, river gravels and sandy meadows
Morphology: highly plastic
Flower: white or yellow on wild type
Chromosome number: 2n = 14, 28 or 42
Use: gardening - cultivars
Synonyms:

P. croceum Ledeb., Arctic poppy
P. miyabeanum Tatew., チシマヒナゲシ Japanese poppy, reported from the central and southern parts of Kuril (+ Rishiri Island, escaped?)
P. macounii Greene, Macoun poppy

ssp. amurense N. Busch (シロバナヒナゲシ, Amur poppy), white flower (syn. P. amurense N. Bush.)
