Oonishikisou (オオニシキソウ, 大錦草), spotted spurge
Life form: weedy annual forb
Distribution: native to North America (exotic to Japan). This species has not been reported from Hokkaido.
Habitat: sunny sites, such as grasslands, roadsides, and wastelands
