Lifeform: stoloniferous, perennial forb
Distribution: China - Korea - Japan (south to Honshu)
Habitat: roadsides, grasslands, etc.
Chromosome number: 2n = 72, 96 or 108
Flower stalk: shorter than leaf
Use: medicine (Chidome = blood stanching)
Synonyms:

Hydrocotyle ramiflora Maxim. var. maritima (Honda) M. Hiroe
Hydrocotyle wilfordii auct. non Maxim.
