Oomatsuyoigusa (オオマツヨイグサ, 大待宵草), large-flower evening primrose, 80-150 cm tall
Lifeform: usually categorized into biennial forb (changeable)
Distribution: originally from north America, now naturalized worldwide (exotic to Japan)
Habitat: sunny sites, such as sandy or gravely beaches
